- Open blinds consistently.

- Exterior and interior photography. We photograph the home's exterior, rooms and details in a sequence suited to the property and available light.
- Additional media when ordered. Drone photography and other selected services are coordinated with the shoot. Drone work depends on suitable weather and flight conditions.
- All photos are professionally edited. Every image is carefully finished for clean, consistent color, lighting and presentation throughout your listing.
- Your completed photos are delivered digitally within 24–48 hours. I know how important it is to get a listing on the market quickly, so dependable turnaround is part of the service.

Once your project is complete, I’ll also provide a dedicated property link you can share with clients and use in your marketing. It brings your property photos, available 3D tours and video, location information, and your agent contact information together in one professional presentation.

How quickly will I receive my real estate photos?
Most real estate photography is delivered within 24–48 hours. Turnaround may vary for larger properties or projects involving additional services, but I work to get agents their marketing media quickly so listings can move forward without unnecessary delays.
What areas do you serve in Southwest Florida?
Memories by Matt Photography serves Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Estero, Bonita Springs, Naples, Babcock Ranch and surrounding Southwest Florida communities. Coverage also includes Brightwater in North Fort Myers. If your listing is outside these areas, contact me to discuss availability.
Do you offer Zillow 3D Home Tours?
Yes. I create Zillow 3D Home Tours that allow buyers to virtually walk through a property online. Zillow 3D can be booked by itself or combined with professional real estate photography and other listing media.
Do you offer Matterport 3D tours?
Yes. Matterport 3D tours are available for agents, builders and property owners who want an immersive interactive tour of a property. Contact me to determine whether Matterport or Zillow 3D is the better fit for your listing.
Do you provide drone photography?
Yes. Professional aerial drone photography is available for real estate listings, waterfront properties, larger lots, communities and properties where aerial perspectives help show the home, surroundings or location.
Do you offer twilight photography?
Yes. Twilight and sunset photography are available for properties that benefit from warm exterior lighting, pools, waterfront views, landscaping or other features that stand out during the evening.
Can I combine photography, drone and a 3D tour?
Yes. Services can be combined so agents can get their listing photography, aerial images and 3D tour handled together. Package options are available for photography with Zillow 3D, photography with drone, and photography with both drone and Zillow 3D.
How many photos will I receive?
A typical real estate photography session delivers approximately 45–50 professionally edited images. The final number can vary depending on the size, layout and features of the property.
How should my seller prepare the home before the shoot?
The home should be clean, decluttered and ready to photograph when I arrive. Personal items, vehicles, trash cans and unnecessary countertop items should be removed or organized beforehand whenever possible. Agents can use the preparation information available here on the Realtor Resources page to help sellers get ready.
